Wildcard is hiring for their Creative Strategy & Creative Operations teams (both full-time roles, in-person in Santa Monica). The company creates completely unique marketing campaigns for B2B companies like Amplitude, Vapi and Ashby and is looking for entrepreneurial hustlers who want to join a company building at the forefront of AI. The cofounders have a previous exit under their belt (raised $25M from Greylock) and have grown the company ~5x over the last year to a $4M run-rate. The right people for these roles have built things from scratch before, have a curator's taste and an obscenely high bar for quality. Think you have what it takes?  

More Details on The Roles:

Both roles are full-time and entry-level, designed for recent undergraduates. The comp ranges from $52K to $57K and the roles are in-office in Santa Monica. The founders are looking for people who have built something real before (whether that is drop-shipping, an app idea, etc.) and who want to work in a true startup environment. They are ~25 people right now and have grown 4x YoY, so they're looking for people who are motivated by that fast-moving, dynamic, meritocratic environment. 

  • The Junior Creative Strategist is best suited for a right-brained creative visionary. The day-to-day of the role consists of ideating on and coming up with creative campaigns to reach B2B buyers. More details are in the description. 

  • The Creative Operations hire is better suited for the left-brained executor. The day-to-day of this role consists of building actual physical campaigns. That means coordinating with vendors, arranging shipments, customizing gifts, and ensuring that timelines are met for clients.
