ArcStone Capital Partners is a Playa Vista-based platform that acquires and grows family-owned businesses. Working with a small startup team, the firm focuses on improving companies through AI, automation, and modern operating systems while sharing insights from founders and operators through media and digital platforms.

Role:

Work directly with the founder of a small Playa Vista startup platform acquiring and growing real businesses. This role is designed for students interested in storytelling, media, entrepreneurship, and building something from the ground up. You will work closely with the founder on initiatives spanning brand building, social media, podcast development, partnerships, and community events. The role will involve both creative work and real exposure to how small businesses are acquired and grown. This position begins as a part-time spring internship with the opportunity to continue through the summer.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping build ArcStone’s voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platform.

  • Assisting with launching a podcast featuring founders and operators

  • Creating short-form content, graphics, and storytelling around businesses and entrepreneurs

  • Helping organize small founder and operator events in Los Angeles

  • Supporting outreach to partners, operators, and community members

  • Experimenting with AI tools to create content and streamline research
