Stagecoach Entertainment is a 360° management company with departments in literary, digital (social media), and talent. Our internship program provides broad exposure to both traditional talent management and large-scale media projects. Interns gain hands-on experience in areas such as pitching for on-screen work, supporting podcast strategy and sales, digital and social media branding, contract review, and creative design opportunities.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn more about the entertainment industry and gain hands-on experience in talent and digital management. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations, social media, brand partnerships, marketing, event coordination, and talent submissions.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and brainstorming content ideas.
Support in researching and coordinating digital brand deals and influencer marketing campaigns.
Aid in planning and coordinating larger events, such as showcases, industry mixers, and client appearances.
Help prepare and submit client materials for acting and modeling breakdowns.
Maintain organization across calendars, submissions, and client communications.
Conduct industry research and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Entertainment, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Interest in the entertainment industry, talent management, and digital media.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and current trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
