We are a full-service entertainment, sports & media company. We specialize in the representation and growth of a diverse board of actors, influencers and content creators, artists, media personalities, journalists, stylists, athletes and more.
Production: The Hardwood '94 – A basketball show celebrating WNBA and culture of women’s basketball
Ideal Intern Profile:
We are seeking Juniors, Seniors, or Master’s students who are highly motivated, organized, and passionate about sports, media, and entertainment. Interns will have the opportunity to get hands on in the field experience supporting DLMG's client with Press Conference, interviews with WNBA players, team coaches, team GM's and stylists of key players
Open Internship Roles & Qualifications
1. Social Media Intern (1 Position)
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite)
Ability to write engaging captions and monitor engagement
Interest in women's basketball or sports media is a plus
Graphic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) preferred
2. Public Relations Interns (2 Positions)
Qualifications:
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to draft press releases and media materials
Organized and able to assist in coordinating interviews, media appearances, and events
Familiarity with entertainment/media press and publications a plus
Background in journalism, communications, or public relations preferred
3. Production Interns (2 Positions)
Qualifications:
Interest in television or digital production
Ability to assist on set with production tasks, equipment, and crew
Basic knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and media capture
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with cameras or editing software a bonus
4. Assistant to the CEO (2 Positions)
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to manage calendars, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
Professionalism, discretion, and an interest in entrepreneurship, entertainment, or executive leadership
Familiarity with G-Suite, Zoom, and task management tools (like Asana or Trello) preferred
5. Brand Creative Interns (2 Positions)
Department: Brand Management / The Brand Lab
Qualifications:
Strong graphic design skills (Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
Experience with copywriting, storytelling, and brand messaging
Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway)
Ability to create visually compelling media kits, mood boards, pitch decks, and product design concepts
Must be highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to bring ideas to life through design and narrative
Interest in branding, fashion, entertainment, and sports is a plus
