Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in team operations, by monitoring emails and calls, managing calendars, scheduling tours, preparing for meetings and promptly addressing urgent tasks.

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and buyers, while demonstrating in depth property knowledge of our active listings.

  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to create offering memorandums, social posts, brokers opinion of value (BOV’s), e-blasts and mailers that demonstrate a unified team vision.

  • Oversee website and social media accounts, design innovative marketing campaigns to elevate brand presence, and coordinate photo/video shoots for team listings.

  • Prepare critical documents central to business operations, including Letters of Intent, Leases, and Listing Agreements.

  • Develop strategic outreach lists for prospective tenants and buyers, oversee incoming leads, and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize engagement.

  • Must be well-spoken, confident, and adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.

  • Experienced in social media marketing, Excel, Copilot/Chat GPT, and knowing how and when to apply that knowledge.

  • Have awareness of good branding and marketing in the professional world with a focus on aesthetic designs.
