OWM

“Creator Research Intern” - Paid/Part Time (Fall 2026)

Company:

OWM is on a mission to transform the creator economy into the ownership economy. We believe influence is today’s most valuable currency—and creators should be able to invest it just like cash. That’s why we built the first creator equity platform, designed for founders who want creators not just as marketers, but as advisors, ambassadors, and co-founders.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an intern who shares that vision and wants to be part of building the infrastructure that makes it possible. You should be someone who lives at the intersection of creator, marketing, and venture. You're curious about how creators can sit on cap tables and how companies can effectively leverage their skills and expertise to drive enterprise value. You're plugged into the latest creator trends, rising talent, and cultural shifts shaping the industry. If you're excited to transform the creator economy into the ownership economy, and want to get hands-on experience helping us discover and evaluate the right creators and opportunities, please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify rising creators who could be strong long-term partners for founders—not just influencers, but potential advisors, ambassadors, or co-founders

  • Help build decks and client-facing materials that tell the story of creators moving from #AD to #OWNER

  • Support diligence on creators and companies, surfacing insights that help evaluate the fit for equity-based partnerships

  • Track industry news, creator economy shifts, and cultural trends that highlight opportunities for ownership-driven collaborations

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creators and occasionally interact with managers and service clients to bring research into action

Qualifications:

  • Senior, recent graduate, or MBA student

  • A pulse on the creator economy—you know the talent, trends, and platforms shaping culture

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for research (we use them daily)

  • Organized, curious, and detail-oriented—you can dig deep and make research actionable

  • Strong communication skills and an interest in strategy/operations behind creator partnerships

  • Excited about startups, innovation, and the intersection of creators and ownership

Details:

  • Location: Financial District, NYC OR Los Angeles, CA (in-office 2–3 days/week)

  • Start date: November 2025

  • Compensation: $20/hour
