Positions:

“Engineering Internship”

  • Impact:

    • Work on challenging projects in a variety of Business Units and functions such as R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and more!

    • Conceptualize, develop, and iterate designs in response to design requirements specified.

    • Test new designs (functional testing, mechanical testing, and simulated use) and brainstorm novel ideas for device improvements using test results.

    • Assist in documenting production department concerns and aid in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

    • Provide documentation support and complete written reports on testing and designs.

    • Actively participate in design reviews and provide relevant feedback for teammates

  • Requirements:

    • Current enrollment as a student at an accredited university for the duration of the Internship project with a graduation date of December 2026 or later

    • Ability to work full-time for the duration of the Internship (May/June 2026 - Aug 2026)

    • Comfortability working in a lab environment, as well as being hands-on, highly motivated, able to follow procedures, perform testing, and clearly convey data results.

    • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience.

    • Good scholastic standing (3.0+ cumulative GPA or equivalent)

    • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

“MBA Summer Associate Program”

  • Qualifications:

    • Must not require company sponsorship for employment-based visa now or in the future.

    • Must be enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program with a targeted graduation date of Spring 2027.

    • Target GPA of 3.5+ or equivalent.

    • Minimum five years of work experience.

    • Available full-time for the duration of the summer for a minimum of 10 weeks. Specific dates are flexible depending on school schedules.

    • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical devices industry a plus.

“Clinical & Regulatory Internship”

  • Impact:

    • Gain hands-on clinical or regulatory experience, working closely with team members to apply medical device regulations so that products that impact patient lives can be brought to market.

  • Requirements:

    • Pursuing a degree in life sciences, engineering/bio-med engineering, statistics, economics, or nursing. Internship applicants must be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program for the entire duration of their internship. Upon graduating, students are no longer eligible for an internship at Edwards.

    • Law school students and those with strong writing skills will also be considered.

    • Graduating December 2026 or later.

    • Availability for a full-time assignment for a minimum of 10 weeks over the course of the summer.

    • Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent).

    • Must not require a company sponsorship for employment-based visa now or in the future.
