CAA Internships
Paid - Summer 2027
About CAA Internships:
The CAA Internship Program gives current students hands-on experience at the leading entertainment and sports agency. Interns work alongside and early career agents, executives, and assistants, to support projects within their assigned departments.
Interns take part in speaker sessions, workshops, events, and mixers designed to build industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and connect with employees across CAA.
Highlights from the 2026 Summer Program include:
Speaker Series: Interns heard from senior leaders across CAA, gaining insight into the agency, client service, collaboration, and career paths in the industry.
Client Interaction: Interns engaged with CAA clients in TV, book publishing, speakers, and touring, learning about their current work, career development, and relationships with their agents.
Summer Projects: Interns completed capstone projects that applied their learning, creativity, and business skills to a real-world opportunity, culminating in final pitch presentations to agents.
About CAA Internship Opportunities:
CAA hosts interns across five areas.
Motion Pictures, Television, Theatre, Creators, and Entertainment internships provide a firsthand look at talent representation and the business of entertainment. Interns work with agents and assistants to learn how actors, writers, directors, producers, and other creative talent, content creators, and storyteller are represented and supported throughout their careers.
CAA Sports internships offer hands-on experience in athlete representation, sports partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing. Interns may support research, partnership development, presentations, trend tracking, and social media analysis while learning how sports agencies build relationships with athletes, teams, leagues, owners, networks, and brands.
CAA Music and Comedy Touring interns work with agents to learn how artists and tours are developed, marketed, promoted, and brought to audiences around the world. Responsibilities may include market and audience research, campaign support, tour and ticketing tracking, promotional materials, partner research, and event-related projects.
Entertainment Marketing internships explore the intersection of entertainment, talent, brands, and marketing. Interns learn how strategies are developed to build talent, strengthen brands, engage audiences, and create new business opportunities. Responsibilities may include consumer trend research, partnership identification, campaign support, presentations, social and digital performance monitoring, and creative development.
Corporate internships provide insight into the business operations and behind-the-scenes departments that power CAA. Interns work with experienced professionals across key functions while learning how an entertainment agency operates as a global business. Functions commonly include Finance, HR, Technology, and Community & Impact.
