The Purpose: This is a contract position with TCW in partnership with Slickdeals. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner to support various aspects of the recruitment process. You will be exposed to a fast-paced and dynamic company and will be encouraged to define ways to improve the overall candidate experience. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn about talent acquisition, candidate management, and the overall field of human resources.

What You’ll Do: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team. They will contribute to the business, will lead and own certain deliverables and will also be assigned to specific positions throughout the duration of the internship.

  • Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s overall recruiting process.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including in-person and zoom interviews.

  • Send candidate surveys daily to help improve the overall candidate experience.

  • Create and post job descriptions.

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.

  • Learn how to conduct candidate interviews.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Location: Remote from California

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • Strong interest in Talent acquisition, Recruitment, and HR best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor.
