3 Month Assignment from Start 

Position Description: 

One of the most trusted and innovative in-home care companies, providing high-quality, customized, professional caregiving services to seniors and children/adults with developmental disabilities. 2018 marked our 10-year anniversary, and since opening our doors we have expanded to 16 locations throughout California, Arizona and Texas. 

We are looking for an ENERGETIC, DRIVEN, and PASSIONATE team member ready to play a key role in our company’s growth. We have a NEW opportunity in our El Segundo Office (HQ) for a full-time Recruiting Intern. This is a part-time, non-exempt, entry level position. 3 month assignment from start date.

Competencies:

  • Assist the corporate recruitment team with online job postings and sourcing (Indeed, LinkedIn, College Sites)

  • Upload resumes to our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)

  • Follow up with hiring managers on interview availability

  • Schedule and confirm candidates for interviews

  • Conduct reference checks and verify nationwide criminal background checks/livescan clearance

  • Greet candidates for interviews, prepare conference rooms, and collect signed paperwork

  • Research and gain an understanding on various recruiting strategies

  • Comply with all state and federal regulations

  • Assist with other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Required Knowledge, Ability, and Skills: 

  • Junior or Senior standing at a four-year college or university’s Bachelor's program

  • Genuine interest in learning about recruiting

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills

  • Self-starter and positive attitude
